If you want to study in another country and get a scholarship from that country’s government, now is your chance to apply for the China Scholarship Council (CSC) before the deadline on December 28.
This scholarship, which was announced last month, allows Pakistani researchers and students to study and do research at Chinese universities. The goal is to strengthen the educational connections between the two countries.
The Chinese government has chosen the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to manage these scholarships for the academic year 2024–2025 on behalf of the Government of Pakistan.
To apply for this program, you can submit your application to the HEC portal or the CSC’s portal by December 28.
This effort aims to increase educational opportunities for international students and researchers pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degrees.

Based on the official HEC website, the CSC—appointed by China’s Ministry of Education—is in charge of handling the registration and management of the Chinese Government Scholarship Program.
Moreover, only those who already have a valid Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) or Higher Education Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) score (obtained after January 01, 2022) are considered for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program 2024-25.

The specified Chinese universities provide a wide range of academic programs in areas like Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Legal Studies, Management, Education, History, Literature, Philosophy, Fine Arts, and more for scholarship recipients at all levels.
