The VC of AIOU, Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood, has given the green light for the extension of the admission deadline until August 30 for in-person BS programs available in the fall semester of 2023.
These offerings encompass FA/FSC grounded 4-year BS programs such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Environmental Science, Agricultural Technology, and Instructional Design and Technology.
AIOU Extends Admission Deadline for BS Programs
Additionally, there are BSc-rooted 2.5-year BS programs including Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, and Statistics, along with ADS-rooted 2-year BS programs covering Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, and Statistics.

Online applications for enrollment in these Bachelor of Science programs are viable until the 30th of August. Entries for MPhil and PhD programs are presently not available, and the assessment process is scheduled from August 17 to August 23. Meanwhile, enrollment for Matric, FA, and I.Com remains accessible until September 5.
Furthermore, registration for the subsequent stage of the fall semester in 2023 is set to commence on September 1. The educational offerings for this phase encompass programs for educator preparation, Associate of Arts (AA) degree, and Bachelor of Science in Open and Distance Learning (BS ODL) programs.
