Mitchell's Fruit Farms, one of Pakistan's oldest food companies, is hiring a Zonal Sales Manager for its Faisalabad zone. The role leads the company's sales and distribution footprint across the region, managing distributors and field teams to grow volumes for its condiments and sauces range. It suits an experienced FMCG sales professional with a track record of running a zone or multi-district operation.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally in condiments and sauces.
- 3 to 4+ years of experience managing a zone or multi-district team.
- Proven record of running regional sales operations with strong distributor management.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Deliver monthly and annual sales and distribution targets for the Faisalabad zone.
- Manage the distributor network and lead Field Managers through coaching and regular performance reviews.
- Monitor sales performance, distributor ROI, stock levels and claims.
- Track competitor activity and market trends, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Expand distribution coverage across major cities and secondary markets in the zone.
