What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with VoIP, Vicidial and SIP-based telephony systems
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP and Asterisk
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration
- Ability to troubleshoot call flows, routing issues and dialer performance
- Previous experience in a VoIP service provider environment
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Configure, manage and optimise Vicidial systems
- Troubleshoot SIP/RTP issues, call flows and routing problems
- Work with Asterisk-based VoIP systems for dial-plan configuration and server-level tasks
- Administer and maintain Linux servers
- Monitor system health, logs and performance metrics
- Optimise dialer performance and ensure reliable system operations
