What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Tourism or Management
- Aviation, IATA or tourism-related qualification is an advantage
- Good command of English and Urdu; MS Office proficiency
- At least 1 year of counter ticketing sales experience in customer service, preferably in travel
- Knowledge of airline and travel products
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
