What we're looking for:

- Lead assigned sales territories and manage distributors and order bookers to achieve targets
- Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets and assign day-wise targets to order bookers
- Prepare and share sales reports and territory KPIs
- Conduct market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage and productivity
- Ensure trade marketing activities are carried out at assigned outlets
- Build relationships with key distributors and manage budgets and sales forecasts
