National Bank of Pakistan, known as "The Nation's Bank", is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Cash Management unit within Corporate and Investment Banking. The role is based in Islamabad and Multan on a three-year contract (renewable at the management's discretion) and focuses on growing the bank's cash management business with corporate clients. What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by HEC Pakistan; a master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, including 1 year in cash management sales or corporate banking
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication with sound relationship management ability
- Willing to work on a three-year contract and apply online before the deadline
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Drive the cash management business strategy in Islamabad and Multan by originating new client business and meeting sales and business targets
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate cash management accounts, monitoring revenue growth and account profitability
- Prepare client proposals, presentations and regular portfolio performance reports
- Coordinate with internal business partners and stakeholders to deliver seamless service to clients
- Ensure all client dealings follow the bank's policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
