Garland Foods is hiring a Project Manager to set up and run a call centre alongside the company's retail sales operations in Lahore. The role involves building customer databases, shop identification systems, sales territories, delivery routes, and CRM reporting tools from the ground up. The Project Manager will also recruit and train the calling team while coordinating closely with sales, distributors, dispatch, and accounts. This is a full-time, morning-shift, on-site position for an organized leader who can build systems and teams that scale.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in operations management
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Comfortable working a full-time morning shift on-site in Lahore
