The Bank of Punjab is hiring Personal Bankers for its Consumer Banking Group, Branch Banking Division (Central and South). The role sits at the front of branch banking, helping walk-in and existing customers with their everyday banking needs and guiding them toward the right products. It suits graduates who enjoy meeting people, solving problems and building long-term customer relationships. Selected candidates can be posted at branches anywhere in Pakistan.
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognised university
- At least one year of banking experience, ideally in branch or customer-facing roles
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
- Ability to explain banking products clearly and handle customer queries with patience
- Comfortable working with branch systems and keeping accurate records
- Willing to work at any branch across Pakistan as per posting
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Welcome and serve branch customers, handling their queries and everyday banking requests with care and accuracy
- Understand each customer's needs and suggest suitable accounts, cards and banking products
- Open accounts and complete documentation, making sure every record is correct and up to date
- Build lasting relationships with customers and follow up to keep their banking experience smooth
- Support the branch team in meeting service and sales targets while keeping service quality high
- Follow the bank's policies and procedures in every transaction and customer interaction
