The EXIM Bank of Pakistan, the country's official export credit agency, is hiring a Manager for its Treasury Front Office in Karachi. The role handles the bank's daily liquidity and money market and foreign exchange dealings, and suits a treasury professional with at least five years of experience in a bank or financial institution. You will work within approved dealing limits and keep management informed with clear market summaries. This is a full-time, on-site role at the bank's Karachi office.
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Finance, Business or a related field from an HEC-recognised university
- At least 5 years of treasury experience in a bank, development finance institution or NBFI
- Strong knowledge of money market and foreign exchange dealing
- ACI Certificate, CFA Level 1 or NIBAF Treasury Certificate will be an advantage
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Run daily liquidity management and money market and foreign exchange dealings within approved limits
- Monitor cash flow positions and prepare market summaries for management
- Support the dealing team and track market movements that affect the bank's positions
- Make sure all treasury transactions follow internal limits and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments on funding needs and settlement matters
