What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 14 years of experience with a Master's degree, or 16 years with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms and international logistics, preferably in steel
- Proficiency in MS Excel and solid coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Manage confirmed export orders from contract to delivery, ensuring shipments meet customer requirements
- Plan shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and clearing agents to avoid delays
- Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bills of lading
- Coordinate with production, procurement, QA, finance and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Track order progress, update customers and assist in resolving issues
- Monitor freight costs, payment milestones and prepare management reports
