Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for the position of Manager Bulk Carrier Chartering (Grade-12) in Karachi. The role handles commercial chartering of PNSC's dry bulk fleet, negotiating vessel fixtures and managing pre- and post-fixture commercial activities. Candidates should be Master Mariner (FG) or hold a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of shore experience in the commercial division of a dry bulk vessel owning or operating company.
