Role Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our fast-growing support team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the front-line voice assisting international customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email support. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy. • Troubleshoot order inquiries, billing questions, and product issues in real time. • Maintain high first-contact resolution (FCR) and positive CSAT ratings. • Accurately log support tickets in our CRM system (Zendesk / Salesforce). • Collaborate with technical and fulfillment teams to resolve escalations. Required Qualifications & Skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • Ability to work rotational shifts (including night shifts when applicable). • Basic computer proficiency, fast typing speed (35+ WPM), and active listening. • Fresh graduates with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply.
