First Women Bank Limited, a scheduled commercial bank known for its focus on women empowerment and financial inclusion, is hiring an HR Officer for its Head Office in Karachi. This role sits within the HR team and supports the bank's day-to-day people operations. The HR Officer will work across recruitment, employee records, payroll and training coordination, making sure HR processes run smoothly for staff across the organization.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of payroll and employee benefits
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening applications and onboarding new joiners
- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation accurately and up to date
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Coordinate training and development activities for staff
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support
