The University of Management and Technology (UMT) is expanding its network with new centers across Pakistan, and is looking for a Head of Center to lead its Faisalabad center. This is a senior role for someone who can run a center end to end, from daily operations to academic and business results. The Head of Center will build the center's presence in the city, work closely with students, parents, industry partners and the university's main campus, and lead a small team to deliver a strong student experience.
What we're looking for:
- At least 16 years of education from a recognised institution
- Relevant professional experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Must be a resident of Faisalabad
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Faisalabad center and keep everything running smoothly
- Make sure the center meets its academic and business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including students, parents and industry partners
- Oversee the overall performance of the center and report progress to university leadership
- Lead, guide and support the center team to deliver quality service
- Coordinate admissions and outreach activities to grow student enrolment
