What we're looking for:
- Minimum Graduation; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an administrative or social science discipline, or a related field, is preferred
- 15 to 20 years of total experience, including at least 10 years of relevant experience in a bank
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Divisional Head or at a higher level
- Strong leadership, negotiation and vendor management skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the General Services Division's strategy and annual operating plan
- Manage the real estate portfolio, including site assessments, leases, renewals and rent negotiations
