Imtiaz Group is looking for a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors at its Karachi office. The role supports the company's HR technology projects, working with modules like Employee Central and Recruiting to keep HR processes running smoothly on the system. What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM system landscapes
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations between cloud and on-premise SAP systems
- Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging and technical coordination
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, including Employee Central and Recruiting modules
- Gather HR process requirements and translate them into system configuration and workflows
- Plan and coordinate system changes, upgrades, and feature rollouts with IT and HR teams
- Test new features, fixes, and integrations before they go live
- Manage data migration activities and keep employee data accurate and consistent
- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshoot system issues for HR users
