What we're looking for:
- 3 to 4 years of branch banking experience with sound product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven business development track record with strict compliance adherence
- Strong communication, team leadership and customer relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Drive business targets including current accounts, savings accounts and cross-selling
