What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HR or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of training, operations or QSR experience (field training experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of restaurant SOPs, food safety and service standards
- Good observation, coaching and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the North region for field visits
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Run on-site training sessions for restaurant teams including FOH, BOH, cashiers, shift managers and delivery riders
- Ensure SOPs, operational standards and service procedures are followed across assigned outlets
- Carry out station observations, skill assessments and on-the-job coaching to close performance gaps
- Support new branch openings, employee onboarding and operational training needs
- Monitor grooming, food safety, hygiene, product knowledge and service standards during field visits
- Run refresher training based on assessment results and compliance observations
- Maintain training records, assessment reports, visit plans and store-wise progress updates
- Coordinate with restaurant general managers and operations teams on training effectiveness
