Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Government of Pakistan, is hiring a Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel) (Grade-11) in Karachi. The role manages crewing and personnel matters for ship staff — recruitment, contracts and welfare of seafarers — and supports HR functions for the marine workforce. Candidates should hold a Class I/II Certificate of Competency with 2 years as Master/Chief Engineer or 1 year of shore experience, or an MBA/MPA/BBA (HRM) with 5 years of HR experience.
