What we're looking for:
- BE (Electrical/Electronics), Professional Accountant or MBA
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience; AMI/HES/MDMS and smart meter experience is a plus
- Audit, compliance or assurance background preferred, with understanding of risk-based audits
- Financial and business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Hands-on with SAP-ISU and BI tools; advanced MS Excel; Power BI and Power Automate knowledge
- Experience creating policies and SOPs; strong stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Perform revenue assurance and reporting analysis to identify billing non-compliances and unbilled revenue
- Analyze smart meter reads and load profiles to detect process gaps and revenue leakage
- Escalate critical issues and recommend improvements to controls and policies
- Maintain monthly tracking sheets and perform billing analysis across K-Electric
- Coordinate with distribution management through weekly and monthly meetings
- Support the team lead on compliance initiatives
