What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in strategy, policy, or large-scale transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading national or enterprise-level strategy programmes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Pakistan's digital economy and government structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead development and execution of the National Digital Masterplan and the Authority's corporate strategy
- Align digital initiatives across federal ministries, provincial governments, and private-sector partners
- Translate national digital policy into measurable programmes, roadmaps, and KPIs
- Advise the CEO and board on strategic priorities, risks, and emerging technology trends
- Build partnerships with development agencies, industry bodies, and academia
- Oversee strategy research, benchmarking, and impact assessment of digital programmes
- Coordinate with the Chief Product Officer and Chief AI Officer on cross-cutting initiatives
- Present strategy reviews and progress reports to senior government leadership
