The Pakistan Digital Authority is hiring a Chief Product Officer in Islamabad — one of the latest government jobs in Pakistan 2026 and a senior leadership opportunity for product leaders looking for jobs in Islamabad. What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product or Service Design, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading product management teams
- Proven record of launching and scaling large digital products or platforms
- Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, user research, and agile delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior government and private-sector leaders
- Familiarity with Pakistan's digital government ecosystem is an advantage

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pakistan Digital Authority's national digital platforms
- Lead product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision making across all digital services
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing product management teams
- Partner with engineering, design, policy, and government stakeholders to deliver citizen-centric products
- Set product OKRs and KPIs; track adoption, engagement, and service quality metrics
- Drive agile product development practices across the Authority
- Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and bilingual (English/Urdu) user experience standards
- Report product progress to the executive leadership and the board
